Privacy policy

Here we explain which personal data Ikra Ceramics processes and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with the GDPR and the Spanish LOPDGDD.

What data we process

  • Account and orders (name, email, address, phone and billing details): to manage your account, purchases, shipping and invoices. Basis: performance of a contract and legal obligation.
  • Recipes and images you upload: to keep them in your account. Basis: performance of a contract.
  • Security: for certain actions (e.g., logging in, recovering your password or accessing the panel) we store your IP address to prevent fraud and abuse; we do not always store it, and not when you browse the shop. Basis: legitimate interest.
  • Page-view count (no cookies): total views per page, day and device type, without identifying anyone. Basis: legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used.
  • Browser notifications (push notifications): only if you accept them. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not sell your data or use it for automated decisions. We protect it with reasonable technical and organizational measures.

Recipients

We only share data when necessary to provide the service (transport, hosting, email, accounting advice) or when legally required.

How long we keep the data

For as long as you keep your account and, after that, the period required by law (e.g., invoices, up to 6 years). Security logs, no more than 90 days.

Cookies

We use necessary cookies so the shop works. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie preferences" in the footer. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Además, contamos de forma agregada cuántas veces se ve cada página, por día y tipo de dispositivo (móvil, tableta u ordenador). Este contador no usa cookies ni guarda tu IP ni ningún identificador tuyo, por lo que no depende de tu elección sobre las cookies.

  • IKRASESSID: keeps your cart, your login and form security. It expires when you close the browser.
  • ikra_lang: remembers the language you chose.
  • ikra_wl: keeps your favorites list in this browser.
  • ikra_consent: remembers your cookie choice.

You can delete or block them from your browser, but features such as the cart or login will stop working.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent where the processing is based on it. Write to the shop's contact address stating which right you are exercising; to protect you we may ask you to prove your identity. We respond within a maximum of one month.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Minors

The shop and accounts are aimed at people over 14. If you are a minor, you need the consent of your parents or guardians. If we detect data from a minor without that consent, we will delete it.
